Pastor Joseph Kim Manlius United Methodist Church is a comfortable blend of ages, backgrounds, and cultures and is a community where diversity is both accepted and celebrated. We are small enough to make it easy to make friends, yet large enough to discover a group of people who are interested in the same things you are.
We would be delighted to get to know you, and we're excited to share the marvelous ways in which God is at work in our church. We believe you will discover that our fellowship is truly a family, rich in relationships that matter most. Growing together we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn and we reach out to our world with life-transforming truth.
In preaching and teaching we engage Scripture both in the context it was written and to explore its relevance to modern day life – the issues, temptations and worries that we all have.
We have small groups, youth groups, community service projects, Sunday School and other things for kids. We do old-fashioned things like potlucks, and even older things like singing together, talking and laughing together.
Our mission is to be a place for all people to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our goal is for you to feel welcomed and wanted. By your presence you will bring something of great value to this congregation. We don’t pretend to have all the answers, but we do know the one who has the answers and we actively engage in Bible study, prayer, and fellowship.
